To CAPTURE political mileage, threatened by his invigorated competitors viz OKA, Raila and his boss Uhuru Kenyatta. #Rutolitics Ruto is the DP of Kenya. He CANNOT leave his house without clearance by his security. He is guarded by elite forces...same as those protecting Uhuru.
