We have had tens of thousands of AVOIDABLE deaths, including many clinicians, yet the fucking Tories STILL don't get it.

Backbench @Alex_Stafford today trotted out the idiotic "Only with a strong economy can we have a strong NHS" line... medium.com/@willblack_532… And @BorisJohnson agreed! Have these people learned nothing? As a clinician who moved into journalism I have been challenging them about this lie for a decade. They have it THE WRONG WAY ROUND.

Without a strong NHS we can't have a strong economy - as Covid-19 has shown daily...
