On Dec. 1, @nknewsorg posted an article that contained false statements about Women Cross DMZ intended to undermine our reputation. We emailed editor @BryanBetts21 asking him to correct the misinformation. He refused our request. Here's what we wrote: bit.ly/302q86o 🧵/1

1/ North Korea’s long-range cruise missile test should surprise no one. We are a women-led peace movement organizing for an end to the Korean War.
As recently as 2016 Bong Joon-ho was placed on a govt blacklist in South Korea aimed at curbing the speech of artists & activists, the same one that targeted us & prevented us from entering our homeland.
