Status on drugs and substance abuse among primary school pupils in Kenya - 2019 Report The report states that 20.2% of Primary School pupils have ever used at least one drug or substance abuse in their lifetime with 7.2% reporting to have ever used alcohol. 6.0% of the Primary school pupils said they have ever used tobacco while 3.7% said they had used miraa.
