This thread will be for the all encompassing details of !slamic conquests of India which are "omitted" in the history books. Please read and review. Just to start the conversation, here's one facts most people don't know. About 80 million people died in the time between 1000 AD and 1500 AD and population of India actually reduced to 120 million from 200 million in 1000 AD.

This thread will be for cultural appropriation and conflict with local religions from Christianity throughout the world. It should be a framework and a reminder to how Christianity absorbs a local religion and annihilates it. For first entry , let's take a very recent example. The Igbo religion from Nigeria. Certainly. But what the Chinese as ever failed to take into account (by the sheer inability of all communists to understand patriotism) is how the armies and general population of India would respond. Bihar Regiment has already exorcised any ghosts of 1962. To be exact, 1967 clash had already exorcised any ghosts from military but that was purposely buried from general consciousness for them to ALWAYS remember how China humiliated them by the Marxists historian. They tried that here too.

Some more thoughts of mine, with a clearer head and less emotional with the news of clash. Again, this is just my observation, feel free to disagree. One thing was bugging me since yesterday, why would hans ambush Indian army with rods and engage in unarmed combat if they already had backstabbing in mind. This doesn't makes any sense in any tactic of war. There are two possibilities IMO.

Something strange is happening. This isn't the usual Chinese strategy. By now the propaganda machines should have been blaring on either how Chinese soldiers decimated Indians or how India is aggressor and will be taught a lesson, charting unknown waters now. That's frightening. Now this?

I just don't know what's happening. Its pretty much uncharted waters now.

Some thoughts of mine on the ongoing PLA scuffle. I'm no defense expert and whatever I say is purely personal. Its upto you to decide if you decide to believe me or not. So, I had this weird feeling that something big is coming since last few weeks. Not just your usual border scuffle, something bigger. Today morning when I heard the news, I got a panic attack which I've only felt once before, the day Kargil war was announced.

This thread will be for caste history in India. My objective is to show that caste system as it is today in India is not a millennia old custom and is actually the result of interaction between classic Indian society with British Colonization. Disclaimer : I don't intend to belittle anyone's struggle with today's caste system and neither do I want to convey that caste system is not real.

#storytime at the midnight. Be prepared, it's more horror centric than my previous ones. Once a man boarded a train. An unassuming, average looking man. The berth he was sitting in was empty except for a single man sitting opposite him.

So, it's #storytime again. Because I'm still not recovered and my laptop has not been repaired till now. This story is about the different strands of destiny, the cosmic playground of Devas and Rakshasas and how a different step can take someone to a different fate. On an unassuming night, a rather unremarkable man closed his library and set out for his home. His hover car moving at a sedated speed, he reached at a crossroad which he had crossed innumerable times. Instead of going to his right to reach his home as usual , he turned left.

So, it's #storytime. Again. This time its going to be shorter due to my pain (literally, not figuratively). Its more about our actions and how we face the consequences of our actions. So tune in and let me tell you about a tale of greed, revenge and karmic retributions. Many years ago, there was a greedy man. His greed knew no bounds, his malice knew no mercy and there was nobody's wealth who could survive his gaze. One day he scammed a poor man who had accumulated some money for treatment of his child promising cure for the child.

People are so fixated on the "Tragic hero Karna" trope that they miss out on the true tragic hero of Mahabharata, Yudhisthira. Here's a hero who almost always tried to do the right thing (Debatable on Dyut) but always got the wrong side of the deal. 1. He kept silent on Duryodhana and Karna trying to kill Pandavas repeatedly in hopes his brother will change (Perceived as weakness now)
2. He forgave Duryodhana, Karna and Kauravas for Lakshagrih and moved on with his life (Perceived as idiotic now)

So this thread will be on the topic of distortion in our history books. I'll be mainly going through NCERT books as of now as NCERT books are the most widespread read in India. Let's begin. So a little bit of history is needed before I start. In 2002, NDA government changed the NCERT books. There was a lot of cries of "saffronisation" of the history books and thus UPA government, changed the history books in 2005. Read it here: timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/patna/NCE…

So this will be the second part of the AIT/AMT myths and one of the most important facets of the distortions which were made to make this bogus theory relevant, the existence of River Saraswati! So before beginning, let's start with what we see when we search for Saraswati River on internet.

1. Good
2. Uh-oh, marxists are at it again!
3. O tere ki (Do not waste your time, as I save you a click in pic 4)
4. Uh-huh, clickbait article

So as per my history thread trend, this thread will be on my thoughts on Aryan Invaion/Aryan Migration theory and how true or false it is. Let's begin.

@Sai_swaroopa @AgentSaffron @PranjalUvaach @pranasutra @GhorAngirasa @AndColorPockeT So before starting, let's establish some facts.

1. Aryan Invasion theory/AIT as it is was conceptualized by William Jones when he saw striking similarity between Sanskrit and Greek/Latin languages
2. Later german historian Max Muller proposed that there was an aryan invasion Image

So, this will be my second thread on history and this time I will focus on if king Vikramaditya of Ujjain did actually exist or is he just a folklore as requested by one poster here. Before starting, let's present some of my opinions which are echoed by other indian historians and some other foreign historians as well. This will come as a big shock to many I think.

1. The entire chronology of ancient India is distorted. Let me explain how.
