The next generation will pay the price of our mess.

“Economists have estimated that each additional year of schooling yields a return over an economic lifetime of somewhere between 8% to 13%"

So what happens when kids lose one year of schooling?

1. Every year—indeed, every month—counts, if students are to fulfill their potential.
2. Online learning is no substitute for classroom instruction.
3. Rules and regulations reduce learning. 2/n
4. Closing schools damages the social and emotional well-being of children and young people.
5. Closing schools places the physical health of young people at risk.
6. School closures and online learning widen gaps between advantaged and disadvantaged students. 3/n

Do you know when challenge trials are needed?

When the prevalence of the disease is so low that vaccine trial participants can not catch the virus naturally in enough numbers to study the effectiveness of the vaccine. So they do a controlled infection.1

"participants will be asked to go into quarantine at the Royal Free hospital in London. The virus is given two days later via drops in the nose. After exposure participants will be monitored 24 hours a day for at least 14 days, with blood samples and nose swabs taken every day."2
"participants will continue to be followed up over a year so that researchers can monitor any long-lasting symptoms. Participants are expected to be offered about £4,500 compensation for their involvement over the entire year." 3/

You are not anti-vaxxer if you ask questions about vaccines. Don't let anyone bully you into believing that.
All individuals have the right to transparent data on vaccines, clear information on safety and efficacy, and bodily autonomy.1
Letter by @ejminoz
"the rallies that took place on Saturday 20 February, widely reported as ‘anti-vax,’ were in fact anti-mandatory vaccination rallies... these rallies were also concerned with issues of coercion and compulsion to vaccinate, as well as bodily autonomy and informed consent." 2/
"The evidence for these interventions [NPIs] does not exist, and yet they have been MANDATED by supposedly democratic governments." 3/

Vaccine trials on children are unethical.
Kids are not at all affected by this virus and should not receive the vaccine. The risk outweighs the benefit in their case.

Kids should never take the vaccine to protect the elderly. They should just take the disease.
Kids should NOT:
Be out of school
Wear masks
Social distance
Get tested
Get the vaccine

All of the above are child abuse and a crime against children.
“vaccinated children would be
exempt from lateral flow testing in schools. Or vaccinated children might be given freer access to sports or group facilities, or allowed to accompany parents into restaurants.”
There is one word for this: Discrimination.

A brief tutorial in health education to show you how sound health education models have been used for manipulation instead of creating health awareness during the COVID 19 pandemic. We'll uses masks as an example of a health behavior.
Are you ready to explore? 1/n
The Health Belief Model (HBM) consists of 5 components: perceived threat (lethality + Susceptibility),
perceived benefits,
perceived barriers and
cues to action.

Familiarise yourself with the definition of each concept in this table. 2/n
Study this diagram to understand how the components are interrelated. 3/n

Soon the CDC will give you guidelines on how to live your life even if you get vaccinated.
“Guidelines need to encourage people to get vaccinated, help the vaccinated understand that they still need to be careful, and manage the expectations of the unvaccinated.” 2/n
"We don't want people who are not fully vaccinated to think that that everything has been lifted and already we can put things behind us, and the pandemic is over, because it's not,"
No we don’t want people to think that they can ever go back to normal. 3/n

“First, I was shocked at the enormous power of the government to unilaterally decree, to simply close businesses and schools, restrict personal movement, mandate behavior, eliminate our most basic freedoms, without any end,” Scott Atlas. heartlanddailynews.com/2021/03/atlas-…
“And, second I was and remain stunned, and a little bit frightened at the acquiescence of the American people to these destructive, arbitrary, and wholly unscientific rules, restrictions, and mandates.” Scott Atlas
[the lockdowns] “will generate almost 890,000 additional U.S. deaths, mostly in poor families .”
“Perhaps that is why lockdowns were never recommended in previous pandemic analyses, even for infections with far higher death rates.” Scott Atlas

Loved this article. Funny and brilliant analysis of conspiracy theorists such as @NafeezAhmed

“Most people imagine that in authoritarian regimes, the participants do what they do because they have a gun to their heads...” @uMarhobane
“... The reality is that political systems filter out dissidents from their hierarchies, and most of the propaganda is produced by choice by true believers.” @uMarhobane
This was @PanData19’s reply to @NafeezAhmed’s conspiratorial article. 3/4

All you need to know about COVID19

Covid 19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. SARS-CoV-2 is one of 7 coronaviruses known to man. 1/n
The pandemic is real. Excess deaths were observed in many countries. Not all countries were affected in the same way due to pre-existing immunity, the health status of the population and demographics (the proportion of elderly in the population) 2/n
COVID 19 presents a high risk for the very few and negligible risk for the many.

The infection fatality rate in different age groups:
<19 y, IFR= 0.003%
20-49 y: IFR= 0.02%
50-69 y: 0.5%
>70y, IFR= 5.4%

Interesting article by an organization that is funded by Bill Gates. Another PR stunt. Not sure what they are up to but I think they are playing bad cop, good cop and presenting WHO as the good cop. thebureauinvestigates.com/stories/2021-0…
Here’s the funding
WHO playing good cop:
“Pharmaceutical companies shouldn't be using their power to limit life-saving vaccines in low- and middle-income countries,” said Professor Lawrence Gostin, director of the World Health Organization’s Collaborating Center on National and Global Health Law. “

Did the flu disappear or is it being counted as COVID? The mystery remains. 1/4

Scenario 1: the flu disappeared because COVID restrictions have worked to suppress the flu but not COVID. 2/4
Scenario 2: more people are being diagnosed with COVID or presumed to be COVID patients because “Hospitals receive higher reimbursement rates for treating COVID-19 patients. However, many of the cases are not necessarily clinical level.” Or possibly not COVID. 3/4

Are you wondering why cases are plummeting since early January 2021 across the world? 1/n
Check out @PanData19's live data page
This sharp decline is not natural. It is artefactual or man-made. 2/n

The 7.8 billion people are becoming unmanageable. The few need a control mechanism over the many.
Scare them then control them through data management systems.
Give them a number and track them.
All that’s needed is a convincing pretext. 1/n
The pretext: health
“the International Air Transport Association (IATA) said they would roll out a new travel app (called Travel Pass) to manage COVID-19 tests and vaccine certifications.” 2/n
“A corporation or government holding private health data could be a deterrence for some travels. Monitoring people's health erodes privacy, and electronic documentation leaves the data susceptible to hackers.” 3/n

COVID deaths are inflated. Too many deaths are being counted wrongly as COVID death. This gives the impression that COVID is more lethal than it actually is which sustains the fear that is hijacking people’s minds. 1/n
@WHO published the following median IFR (fatality measure if infected)= 0.23%
(From 61 seroprevalence studies)
For those below 70, the IFR is 0.05%.
The median age of those dying with COVID is around 80 years old. (Similar to life expectancy in many countries).
So instead of dying from X, Y or Z, the elderly are dying with COVID. 3/n
