Here’s my portfolio’s performance for FY22 ending June2022 along past annual performance posts. First year of nontrivial loss, ouch! It was certainly disappointing, and I can blame it on Macro economy and how the trend is in line with general market, but I won’t because that’s not going to help me. I kind of loved this year because of how I learnt some of my clear mistakes which I’d already known from books and people, but it did not hit until I experienced those things first-hand. Here is the list of few mistakes from past year which I hope

1.I decided to share my portfolio’s annual performance against S&P for the first time. The S&P returns in the chart is estimated based on the same date and the contribution amount I had towards my fund as opposed to overall annual S&P return to have apples to apples comparison. 2.The fund is exclusively consisted of #microcap #OTCStocks . I was introduced into world of #Microcaps in 2017 through @NoNameStocks . I allocated my entire fund from index funds into these tiny stocks. I read books and blogs suggested by others and then it all grew from there.
