Ok. So. If this was *any other show* I'd be just as disgusted as some of the comments I'm seeing about the Bury Your Gays trope. (My kid said somebody called it the "Bury Your Gays Speedrun" and I bout choked.) But it's not. 1/ It's the antepenultimate episode of a series known for laughing in the face of permadeath. The ep is titled "Despair". It's supposed to be the nadir. Now, if by some chance this doesn't get semi-decent resolution, I'll BE THERE with the pitchforks and torches, but... 2/
