#medtwitter #USMLE #step2 I started UWorld with just Medicine, when I was halfway done, I added Surgery, and so on. So towards the end I was solving mixed blocks. Start timed mode as early as possible: Q. stems can be really long, and require a lot of practice to get through quickly.
