Today is a tough day. It’s been 1 year since I had to say goodbye to #TeamWarren and a big dream... to see Elizabeth Warren elected as President.

Instead of wallowing, I thought I’d share some excerpts from her final speech, and favorite photos from the campaign. #LFG "What we have done – and the ideas we have launched into the world, the way we have fought this fight, the relationships we have built – will carry through, carry through for the rest of this election, and the one after that, and the one after that."

Last night, after @ewarren and @JulianCastro’s event in San Antonio, I saw a dad and his daughter came out of the selfie line. The little girl was wearing a homemade purple tshirt that said “Running for President, that’s what girls do.” She was literally jumping with joy. As they were leaving, she spotted a placard next to me and pointed at it. One of the liberty green ones that says “Dream Big Fight Hard.” Clearly someone had dropped it during the event, because it was rumpled and a little worse.
