Your relationship with money needs to change if:

- You are afraid to talk about money
- You are afraid to ask for money
- You are afraid to spend money

1. If you don't train to talk about money you'll never be comfortable asking for it

How to train you might ask? - Power pose and say your price in front of a mirror
- Role play with a group or a community
- Say your price to your collegues, friends, etc.

- Listen to your tone of voice and improve it
- Take more settle pauses

- Brush their teeth
- Make their bed
- Go for a walk & take a break
- Play
- Take care of themselves
- Talk & have conversations with strangers, then expect them to suddenly turn into customers :))

Let along to:

- Workout out & be healthy - Show up (longer & often)
- Solve a problem
- Take care of others & be responsible for their success
- Be of service (which is fundamentally the premise of running a business)
