Should we be worried about this patient 😱? 1/ Some history: the patient had a hematologic malignancy and was admitted for hypoxemic respiratory failure (intubated), septic shock (on pressors) & renal failure (on CVVHD). But do such disparities persist in controlled settings i.e. RCT where all participants are afforded similar access to care? 2/
