Yerulan Amirov was illegally sentenced to 7 years in prison, he was illegally found guilty under the articles "inciting social hatred", "propaganda of terrorism".

On 5 January2022 Yerkebulan #SYDYKBAYEV drove out to pick up his mother from work but was wounded by a gunshot on the way.He died at the age of 31 despite two performed surgeries @hermanntertsch @NachoSAmor 2/7
According to the investigation of Yerkebulan's death, he was found with a gunshot wound outside of the Nazarbayev residence in Almaty after which he was brought to the hospital.

On January 5,2022, Kairat left his home to go to a pharmacy to buy medicine for his child.
On the way to the pharmacy, he was severely wounded in the thigh and lost consciousness.
The 12 city hospital diagnosed a penetrating wound to the right femur, @OezlemADemirel @DRL_AS

TOKAYEV'S NEW KAZAKHSTAN BEGAN WITH IMPUNITY FOR TORTURE.
While President Tokayev in his statement acknowledged the torture of detainees during the January events, and noted the "unacceptability" of these methods, all remains unchanged.

Tokayev's statement about recognition of the facts of tortures remained just another empty statement.
It is the same Kazakhstan with political repression, the same impunity for torture, and lack of objectivity and transparency in investigation.

His parents did not know where their son had gone, and when he did not make contact they started looking for him.
On January 6, Yerasil's parents found him in the hospital with a serious gunshot wound, a day when many people were admitted to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
