This week he dropped a killer piece about story building and narrative formation 📓

I'm researching this area myself through the lens of remote team leadership 🏝

Below are my takeaways and commentary 👇 "Stories let us coordinate across time and space."

IF people are vectors THEN stories are its compass:
1) ⛳️ Direction = Where to?
2) 🚀 Magnitude = How to?

A similar principle is used in remote team leadership 👇
