Event gave a vision to those who have a dream in achieving higher goals in startups. Rishabh shetty in his inaugural address briefed success comes with hard work in his own way. Karnataka has 2000 units of plate manufacturing giving employment to thousands off which 75% are women. Basically Areca plate is manufactured out of fallen leaf which was considered agricultural waste before adding 600 crore additional income to farmers

Our relief work started with Kadra today. Visiting the Kali Dam which created all the havoc here. I witnessed Nature’s dance of destruction! Spoke to local people and planned our further actions.

@yuva_brigade Poor little cat waiting alone on the street. Initially it was fearing and once we gave few biscuits to eat it became our friend. After eating few bananas cows also joined this cat to share biscuit. A wonderful scene. Nature has the capacity to bind everyone together!

Today we were in #Shivamogga visiting hundreds who were displaced due to heavy rains. District administration needs to b appreciated for the care taken. But many idol n pot makers have lost their livelihood. Pathetic 😢

@yuva_brigade is working in saving Water sources in Karnataka rejuvenating 200+ Kalyanis. Today in Bengaluru at Banerghatta volunteers relentlessly worked to rejuvenate this Kalyani. Once this was source for drinking water!

This is the hospital built with 34 lacs and dedicated to the people by 2005. Spent 5 more lacs as repairing cost by 2017. U won’t believe this hospital served people only for 2 months! People from Surrounding 28 villages travel 45 km for treatment now. Diggi/Joida Tq/UttarKannada Panchayat VP says previously it was SH46 when mining was on its high. Once it was banned the roads were not cared and people suffer! These villages have seen power recently. RV Deshpande @RV_Deshpande and Ananth Kumar Hegde @AnantkumarH are their representatives

Nowadays celebrations plays major role than work itself😢 But @yuva_brigade is a different organisation. It celebrated its fifth year with different kind of activities ranging from rejuvenating step well to painting Govt school!
One team went to village #Doddane climbing 7+ km Started cleaning the village well drinking water of which was impossible. Took out the water first and then the silt. It took almost half day! Now the water is crystal clear. We have meshed it so that no one can put waste in wells anymore

This is the village #Doddane which @yuva_brigade has adopted where Medical facility is Zero! This father took his baby on Thursday to nearby village bringing the child back on saturday. He says he started at 7AM reached his village after climbing the hill for 4 hrs! Women suffering from fever could not walk the long way and sleeping on road. Husband says he’s helpless and will wait till she wakes up and walks to doctor.

#Doddane of Chamrajnagar district of Karnataka surrounded by hills. You have to walk almost 7 KM to reach to this village. No clean drinking water, no gas, no medical facilities and no roads too. @yuva_brigade has decided to adopt this village and make it heaven. #GramSvarga This village has 150 houses with population of around 800. This is the first hill of 77 hills which has the highest influence of Male Mahadeshwara the local deity. The people have to trek 15 KM even for a Kilo of Rice. They have seen electricity recently!

Kukke subramanya is the only NAGA kshetra of the nation. But this is the condition of this holy land today. We could collect thousands of bottles roadside more than half is this liquor bottles. Why do people come to places like this? Have we failed to maintain the sanctity?
