Watched the #AR02 debate. I suppose a 1-hour debate could have focused on the COVID-19 alone. Covered a lot of ground, some less informative than others. 1/2/ Re: the TCJA, it's an albatross for Republicans. It did not ignite the economy and was a huge boon to corporations. Very savvy opening statement from Feinstein. Make this nomination all about the ACA, which is very popular with the American people. Trump is in court trying to strike it down. 1/2/ Barrett holds a view that state policy determinations should not be revoked by the Court. That’s how she gets past the constitutional problems w/ striking down Roe and same-sex marriage. However it is inconsistent w/ her attitudes towards the ACA. Will make for interesting ?s
