Just a thought on #Veganuary

I understand, and agree with the idea of cutting down on the amount of meat we consume.

But #Veganuary is, simply put, the dumbest way to do it. 2/
If you want to eat a balanced diet in the UK (a Temperate Climate) then you have to vary your diet season to season.

That means eating the foods that are naturally abundant at certain times of year.
