I became a student of anger a long time ago.
It's something I used to not let myself feel. I had a million excuses.

It's a waste of time and energy

Your life is actually really good, what do you actually have to be angry about

You have no right to be mad about that These are lies.
Anger, like anything else you feel, is an emotion. You have a right to your emotions.
What you don't have is an excuse or a right to intentionally hurt someone because of those emotions.

So I finally watched that Gillette ad. After all the uproar, I was basically expecting a man to be castrated on-screen with one of the company's own razors It's a perfectly fine ad. Gillette is trying to make cash money off of the goodwill surrounding the concept of men not being assholes in this day and age. That's their job, and I'm not mad at them for it.
