A month ago on the Sustain Podcast I touched on how my current employer, @elastic, handles its #distributed and #remote approach to software development and my thoughts on what we can learn from this when addressing the challenges of sustainable Open Source development.

My grandmother's celebrating her 91st today, so in her honor, some of my favourite anecdotes.
Visiting her local golf club a while back, she noticed the dress code specifying the following: "shirts with large lettering are not allowed."
Bellow that rule she added:
"If it says 'fuck off' in small letters, it's fine."
