Meet James Jack (Pseudo), a 22 year old who was remanded in a Correctional Facility by an Area Court because he could not raise the compensation sum ordered by the court. Trouble started when a neighbour pleaded that he helps her keep some items in his house. Image Reluctantly, James received the items from the neighbour having been evicted by her landlord. Few weeks after, James went out of town to work. Before he came back, his room had been burgled and properties carted away, including those of his neighbour.

For each passing day, someone has been dragged on social media, especially on Twitter. Upon receiving a complaint that someone was arrested and prosecuted unlawfully yesterday, 21st May, 2020. Our team visited the mobile Court to observe proceedings at Dutse Alhaji, Abuja, FCT. On 30th Dec. 2019, Mr. Taju (Pseudo) in an attempt to avoid hoodlums demanding payment of taskforce money from him in Oshodi, Lagos State ran into some Police officers attached to the Lagos State Taskforce to seek refuge. As part of our efforts to decongest Prisons (Correctional Centers) nationwide and reduce the rate of awaiting trial inmates, we took up the defense of James and Jude (pseudo) as well as other inmates awaiting trial in the Amawbia Correctional Center of Anambra State.
