5 years after the defeat of the caliphate, more than 50,000 ISIS suspects and their family members are being held in a constellation of 27 US-funded camps and prisons run by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in NE Syria. We gained extraordinary access to a number of those facilities during a ten day reporting trip in the region. 2) We spent time in the Annex in Al Hol camp where roughly 6700 foreign nationals from more than 60 countries are currently detained. For 7 months @Cigna hasn't reimbursed routine therapy for my son who has special needs. For 7 months, they have stonewalled me about why, even though the therapy is clearly covered in my policy. For 7 months, I have sat on hold, shuttled from operator to operator. At my wit's end Does anyone have any ideas or has been in a similar situation? I feel like I am losing my mind. The thing that @Cigna does is that they don't refuse to repay you, they just say "pending" and with there's an "N/A" with explanation of benefits. FOR SEVEN MONTHS.
