They should be required to liquidate under SIPA. (Securities Investor Protection Act). SIPA liquidation stands a good chance of being BETTER for investors, since under SIPA, investors have protections and would be the first to get paid...but get this...

I reached out to them, explained the issue and told them to take down their thread and issue a correction. They refused so here we go.🤷‍♂️ 🧵 They start by trying to total up the entire amount the SFM deployer wallet took from the LP. Immediately they made a mistake and counted "buys" as "remove liquidity". They miscounted by 55T tokens.

The Hacker exploited the "ronin bridge" which axie infinity runs on. The stole 25M USDC and 173K eth. Absolutely devestating.
Details below...🧵 According to Ronin the exploit used hacked private keys to forge fake withdrawals. To do this you need 5/9 validators to sign off on your transaction... They got this and it was basically game over.
