The underlying context here is that a "chad" Russian/Chinese army is going to crush the "soyed" out american/western armies. I'm not so sure about that, and history hints otherwise.
As the west transforms in the midst of its biolenininst revolution, its armed forces will increasingly also transform to better reflect the existing population and its values. Yes that's true.
