Spend Week 1 on customer research and planning of features.
Use tools like @NotionHQ @airtable @trello to plan your weeks. For each week set super hard deadlines and prioritize tasks from 0 ( Must Have ) to 5 ( wishlist ).
Be realistic but ambitious
