Oregon, we have a Secretary of State race on the November ballot.

In 2016, a conservative Republican convinced voters that he was a moderate - and won.

We can't let that happen in 2020.

Mere days after Sandy Hook, @NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre took a $70,000 vacation to the Bahamas via private jet, paid for by the "non-profit," which, by the way, enjoys tax-exempt status.

The thinking that says Biden is the only candidate who can beat Trump is the same thinking that got us Tim Kaine. No shade to Kaine - he seems like a great guy. But you could see the focus-grouped thinking behind that VP choice:

✔️White
✔️Working class
✔️Catholic.

...in other words, Kaine was Biden 2.0. Imagine if Hillary had chosen somebody exciting & unexpected: Julian Castro, Cory Booker, Elizabeth Warren (who was much talked about for VP at the time). Imagine how energized the base would have been if Clinton had been bold.
