Divya Rana claimed that the story was incorrect and sent me a 'seize and desist' notice in the comments.

I asked her to forward the 'legal notice' on my official email ID. I kept waiting but the email never came.

Many people have forgotten that BJP won 16 out of 42 seats in West Bengal (the highest ever for the party from that State).

According to this bill, 1/3rd (or 33%) of all seats in Lok Sabha, Delhi Vidhan Sabha and all State Assemblies will now be reserved for women.

To understand this more clearly, let's look at the numbers.

Delhi Vidhan Sabha has 70 seats in total. 12 of them are reserved for the SC Community. There are 58 unreserved/general/ open category seats.

Women Reservation Bill calls for 1/3rd reservation across both the reserved and unreserved seats.
