8yrs ago, Friend of mine struggled & got himself to Dubai, only to be told he was going to be a father in 9 months time.
Came back briefly after the kid was born to do introduction & went back.
Started sending money regularly & asked his wife to look for a house
Madam got the house & it became an extension of her family home, sisters, brothers and her mother lived there while man kept sending money from abroad.
COVID 19 era came up & companies began downsizing.
My G was asked to return to his family with severance pay.

I recently heard one which made me laugh & at the same time marvel at people's stupidity.
