Honestly, the boy who read @WrinkleInTime in 6th grade is so excited to finally see the movie this weekend, because he saw himself in Meg, and it never crossed his mind that she wasn’t like him—he just knew he felt how she did and needed to be reminded that he was not powerless. When I met @MadeleineLEngle 10 years later, as a college student serving as her host for a day, she reminded me again: anyone who feels lost or directionless has power within them.
