It's always funny to me when I see former employees of large companies start their own companies and want to run it just like the large companies they used to work for. Anytime you traveled, all you had to do was email a travel agency and they took care of flights, accommodation, etc ... for you. You start your own company and instead of booking your own flights like every normal person does, you want to hire a travel agency. Well done.

Starts off by saying you need 2000 calories a day on average ... Later on says it’s 1200 calories and assumes I haven’t done any research 😂😂😂

I didn't expect these slots to fill up so quickly. Wanted to provide some more information on this. First things first. I don't know if this is the right way. Like I said earlier, this is an experiment. So I cannot keep my calendar open till forever. It defeats the purpose. I’m also aware that some people who have booked 2-3 months from now might lose interest or not even remember. And maybe some people booked slots without anything to actually talk about. All these are assumptions right now and we will see how it goes over time.

I’m getting a lot of DMs from folks looking for opportunities where they can make a decent living. Here’s a short list of remote friendly companies you can work for that pay pretty well while giving you a lot of flexibility. #Thread 1. @trygigster: fountain.com/c/gigster-e787…

When I moved back to Ghana in 2016 this is where I freelanced most of the time. Nice thing about it is they pay San Francisco rates regardless of where you are in the world. Data Engineers, Designers, Software & DevOps check it out.

With the rate at which technology is getting injected into everything, if we don't take basic STEM education seriously, we are going to have serious problems in the future. Let me explain ... #Thread 2 months ago, I bought a new car. Nothing fancy, 2014 Toyota Camry. I wanted one with all options, including push-to-start. When I told my mechanic this, he advised me against it and said "the push to start thing, when it spoils, they find it very difficult to fix"

Really hope other techies in Ghana are paying attention. Don't stay in your corner. Never stop learning, always share what you learn. Sometimes you may feel like you aren't good enough to talk about anything. Don't deceive yourself. Everyone starts from somewhere.
