1. In May, Trump refused to renew $1B in grants that originated during the Biden administration to increase mental health support in schools. 2. In June, Trump cut $11 billion in grants that were supposed to run through September. The grants were meant to help states address mental health and addiction.

I really don’t belong here anymore. 56% of Missourians say the state is headed in the right direction. 47% approve of Josh Hawley. stltoday.com/news/local/gov… In a state with some of the poorest health metrics in the country (cancer, flu deaths, heart disease, maternal mortality, teen pregnancy, gun deaths) and poor access to healthcare, only 18% of Missourians cite healthcare as a top priority for Missouri.

Early in the pandemic, we didn’t know people could spread the virus BEFORE showing symptoms. It was assumed that a person couldn’t spread the virus until or shortly before symptoms developed. Once we had a better understanding of the virus, the position on masks was reversed. /1

I had an ectopic pregnancy rupture. I had been to the ER twice with spotting/cramping. They couldn’t find a yolk sac. My OB/GYN wanted to “wait to see if it was a viable pregnancy”. Before I could get to another doctor, the pregnancy ruptured my Fallopian tube. /1
