"Legal Chaos"… yep. Once Chevron is struck down the entire Federal Administrative State will be left with a mere fraction of their current scope. It was never Constitutional for the Legislative Branch to OUTSOURCE their job to bureaucrats. Good riddance to bad governance. The Federal government was never supposed to do as much as they currently do. The size and scope is unconstitutional. Period.

The 2 worst SCOTUS decisions were Chevron and Wickard. As long as these abominations persist, our lives will continue to get worse.

The other day I had a very illuminating interaction with some woke boomer protesters at an event I was attending w/ my kid, and here's how it went down:

🧵1/6 The attendees were quite diverse in terms of age, race and (assumed) income %-wise it was in-line w/ our population.

There were 8 protesters out front, they were all in their 60’s, white, & carrying hand-made signs that read:

“REPUBLICANS BAN BOOKS!”

In Spring 2020, during peak COVID tyranny and public health overreach, there was one bright spot for liberty, freedom and sanity. That bright spot was the Wisconsin Supreme Court:

reuters.com/article/us-hea… In Spring 2020 power mad bureaucrats across country ignored our Constitution & violating our basic human rights by issuing “public health” orders that were prima facie 100% illegal. And they did this by claiming… “emergency!” Image

This 4,000 character tweet thing is just awful.

This is Twitter, not Reddit with one global sub. The POINT of this platform is short, constrained statements. Not long winded wordy bullshit.

It's such a shame that @elonmusk doesn't understand the core DNA of this platform. @elonmusk Perhaps the greatest misconception in creativity is that "no rules" is the best brief.

Some of the greatest works in history have come from media constraints: the 3.5 minute hit song, the 100 minute feature film, the 30 second commercial.

@elonmusk @DollyPontiac @BillFOXLA @FoxNews @RepTonyGonzales Some businesses think they need 'cheap' workers, when in reality our government is paying able citizens to not work.

Democrat and progressive dummies think this is 'humane' and that our existing laws can be ignored.

Everyone else is scared of being called racist, of course. @elonmusk @DollyPontiac @BillFOXLA @FoxNews @RepTonyGonzales We could stop the border problem if we wanted to, quickly, legally, and easily.

We have more than enough laws in place (we don't need 'reform' or new legislation).

We have military manpower and technology to stop these cartels immediately.

Yet we don't do any of this. Why not?

It is astonishing how the media has largely ignored the FTX / SBF scandal, and we should all be absolutely outraged: a network of elite, long-time democrat operatives stole billions from investors and used it to bankroll the midterms. brownstone.org/articles/sbf-s… These were not "autistic crypto wiz kids", these were well-connected democrat players. FTX illegally funneled stolen billions in order to stymie the inevitable Red Wave.

FTX and SBF are the reason why Kelly and Warnock were able to buy up all of the TV ad time & fund GOTV.

This video is a pretty good litmus test for politics: do you regard these men with respect, or disgust? A tale of two very different realities:

Why do tax cuts have to be "funded"? Why not just cut government? 🤷 #Truss All Liz Truss & Kwasi Kwarteng did was try to reduce the tax burden on their citizenry & let people keep more of what they earn.

The "problem" is this would've created economic growth, and the central banks and pension funds have already placed their bets in the other direction.

Alternate take: if they add the covid shots to the childhood vaccine schedule today… it will be the end of the childhood vaccine schedule.
🧵 Look: I understand the logic behind the 1986 schedule indemnification: they couldn't get companies to make vaccines after the 1976 swine flu blowback, so they created a small subset of supposedly 'bare minimum' injections, and declared "these are protected from lawsuits".

It's really icky how they frame this 👇 They claim that tax cuts = inflation instead of focusing on the fact that pension markets were over-leveraged, played with fire & got burnt; once again a 'too big to fail' scenario that these Keynesian finance fools allowed to happen. I remember when Planet Money hit the scene. I listened to probably the first 300 episodes, and learned a lot. But like other NPR productions they started wrapping
*political opinions* in the patina of fact. It's still a podcast worth listening to…but not really trustworthy.

So the good people of Chile just rejected the sh!t out of a new “muy progressive” constitution via national referendum. An eye-popping 62% voted against this silliness, and thank goodness. This 👇 is a big deal. Back 2020 Chileans voted to nix their constitution and write a new one after nationwide protests over a 4-cent hike in subway fares ravaged the country and left 30 dead.

So the leftist rioters got a chance to write their dream constitution… and this is what they came up with:

One of the few upsides of the last 2+ years here in NYC are the wonderful, principled, courageous people I've met. One of those is Helen Qiu @Helen4NY, a proud working mom & immigrant who is running to represent NYC's Chinatown AD65 in Albany, NY.
1/
From the jump @Helen4NY did what too few did: stand up, and speak out against the hysterical, harmful & anti-American covid restrictions here in NYC.

It makes sense, because Helen moved here in 1990 from China to pursue her American Dream of grad school & a bright future.

“A much-anticipated Edinburgh Festival concert set to have featured Ode to Joy, the EU anthem, has been axed after a Scottish choir refused an American orchestra’s demands to wear face masks while singing.” #ToneDeaf #UglyAmericans The Philly Orchestra is an embarrassment to the rest of us Americans. These elitist dingdongs traveled to another country, as guests, and showed their asses to the entire world. Zero respect for science. Zero respect for Edinburgh. Zero respect for art. Shame on them.

This 👇 is why it's so important to hold people like @kieraevebutler *personally* accountable for the catastrophic damage to our society. She knew exactly what she was doing. She wrote this article. She put her little face on it, and she signed these receipts: publicly & proudly. It really seems that journalists and "experts" are going to try and hide behind the narrative.

But they threw out centuries of accepted science & official public health guidance, and pushed novel, crazy mitigation strategies.

Hysterical, selfish elites that caused so much harm.

🧵Wow. This new Harvard/Harris poll is astonishingly bad for the Democrat party. TL;DR: the vast majority of voters believe things suck big time right now, and have gotten steadily suckier over the last year: Biden’s approval numbers are the worst they’ve ever been, and (more importantly) worse than Trump’s ever were. These are insanely bad numbers, historically low for any president, across all categories.

Team LockDown Did This 👇

“He was very paranoid about getting COVID, extremely paranoid, to the point that — his friends were saying — he would wear the hazmat suit [to school]"

nypost.com/2022/05/16/buf… “And then he got COVID just a few weeks ago. … He went to family functions with a respirator mask on. He totally wasn’t going to get COVID — and then he got COVID.

“[he was] vaxxed to the max"

"[he] bought into the fear of COVID."

Absolute and total ass covering bullshit from Bill Gates. We KNEW the IFR from COVID was low, and we KNEW it targeted the elderly in early Spring 2020. We cannot let these people pretend like this is new. They broke the world, and must be held accountable. In March 2020 one of the most respected bio-statisticians in history, John Ioannidis of Stamford, wrote this 👇 piece urging caution & sober analysis of data before destroying the world in order to "fight" a respiratory virus. He was attacked & impugned.

This is how inflation destroys good people:

Our local Mexican restaurant is owned/run by a wonderful Mexican family. Their son is the same age as ours, and we order from there at least once a week. For the past 5 years a total check for 5 entrees + rice/beans has been $90.

Today we didn't have grandma with us, so we just ordered FOUR entrees (same food) but the bill was a lot higher = $110.

I thought he made an innocent mistake and charged us for 5 instead of 4.

Nope. Prices have just gone up that much, that quick. They were very apologetic.

So this 👇 actually happened, and we should all pay very close attention: a rational, free-thinking local mom was fired from her job merely because she dared advocate for #OpenSchools in Fall of 2020. This is nuts.

My official thoughts on Ukraine, ht Kamala 😉 Lol, for those who didn't recognize it, this is the EXACT verbatim text of the response that Kamala gave in Poland on 3/10/22. It was such word salad, such gobbledygook that I had to give it a more, ahem, dramatic treatment 🤣
