I DON'T LIKE GOD'S WAY.

yes, you heard me right, I don't like God's ways. If a wicked man repents and begins to be good, he's good to go. Then a good man who has been good becomes wicked, his past good deeds don't count anymore. (Ezk 18:21-24). I don't like it😞. I don't like God's way, it is a hard way, but it is the only way.

THE ACT, THE WHY, AND THE PURPOSE.
Giving to the poor, the church, and any charitable cause is an act that benefits the receivers. The WHY is very important to the giver. While the act benefits the receiver, the why benefits the giver. 2Cor 9:7-8 gives the ideal picture: Image EACH ONE SHOULD GIVE AS MUCH AS HE HAS DECIDED BY HIS OWN INITIATIVE, NOT RELUCTANTLY OR COMPULSIVELY, FOR GOD LOVES A CHEERFUL GIVER."

In 2019 nobody from the entire South contested the PDP primaries because everyone believed in the "gentlemanly agreement" that power will remain in the North. Atiku contested it with fellow northerners and won The same Atiku and his PDP goons from North and South scuttled that arrangement and emerged as presidential flag bearer for the 2023 elections. The Muslim-muslim ticket by APC has generated lots of concerns and vociferous outrage from mostly Nigerians of southern region and perhaps the Northern christian minority.
I honestly do understand why some persons feel scared about it, however I refuse to validate or consolidate that fear for some reasons.
APC is just one party, we have other parties in Nigeria. One of the beauties of democracy is the availability of options.

DON'T DIE AVOIDABLE DEATH.
In one of the parishes I worked, a woman always came to me with bloodied nose and swollen face, fatal decoration from the man she called her husband. It was always a dilemma counselling her because I could see her helplessness. The next thing she feared more than loosing her life to her beastly husband was actually losing her marriage to him.
