Watching tonight France-Morocco, as I am lover of sports. But few thoughts come to me. 1. king Morocco wanted to send 12 planes of supporters - initially #Qatar said yes, but knowing that if Morocco loses t France, Moroccans will riot and go out of control. So they backed out. 2. French police is on alert coz they expect rioting from French Muslims, whether Morocco wins or loses (but + if it loses). Media silent on this, but u r advised not to go to Champs Elysees, where rioting when Morocco beat Spain. So much for "football brings people together".

And this triggers an important question: 70 years after Independence are western journalists & correspondents still biased against India – & Hindus in particular, a country they are supposed to report honestly about so that their readers who are mostly ignorant get enlightened?
