Note that they stopped filing in 2010 and didnt resume until 2021
Now --- look at this 10 year weekkly chart --->
(thread continues) Notice how the stock tanked after the disclosures and SEC filings ceased. A lot of folks left holding the bag. My recollection is that for several years there was NO information from the company which is reflected in the chart below as the stock languished under a nickle
