- no vaginal irritation or itching - more comfortable than pads Choi…. Imagine being on your period and you can still open your legs waaa and collect fresh breeze down there

- no bad odour like the Smell that comes from blood on disposable pads

Teach your girls to grow up without a sense of entitlement and some more sense of independence.

Some girls are a burden to their friends and to their partners and they keep wondering why people easily walk away from their lives. Why not? It is simple! You are easily dispensable!

Asides the beautiful face, kitchen skills and companionship or all those other traits that are easy to find in the woman folk

FREQUENT SEX CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU FIGHT COLD AND FLU DURING THIS RAINY SEASON 🥶

cuddling also has the same effect. But having an orgasm, tops the chart!

(Single people should avoid this post😛) Sex strengthens your immunity. When your immune system is strong, it fights off cold & other diseases

Sex decreases stress levels. Lower stress level = better immunity.

love hormone, oxytocin, causes increase in Immunoglobulin A (IgA) that boosts immunity

We women spend too much time talking about our expectations from our partner without making any efforts to even treat our men right.

Men have expectations too. Men ought to be treated well too. Relationship is not about taking, taking and taking some more. Woman, what are you giving?

You expect love, affection and respect.

No problems.

Are you giving same or just sitting pretty with manicure fingers waiting for romance to fall on you?

Last year, I suffered severe burn-out from saying too many “yes” to others and “No” to myself. Taking up too many engagements to please others and giving bits of myself to too many people. Trying to solve too many problems and showing up for others. Image In the process, I lost too much of myself. Time. resources. Emotions. I gave myself to the service of others till I had nothing more to give, even to self. I didn’t have time to pursue my own aspirations because I was focused on helping others achieve theirs.

In my 32 years in this life, i only just heard that some women use "vacuum hose" to "suck out their periods" so as to shorten the length of their menstrual flow 😭😭

So i looked it up. Alas, it has been a thing. Since 1971 😟

(Thread) Menstrual extraction (ME) is a type of manual vacuum aspiration technique developed by feminist activists, Lorraine Rothman and Carol Downer, to pass the entire menses at once - Wikipedia

They say love conquers all! But when it comes to Sickle Cell, does love really conquer?

When you Consider the emotional and financial strain that comes with having children with Sickle Cell Anaemia, is it still worth it?

(THREAD) #Tweet4SickleCell They tell us to marry someone we love. If the said partner has been verified to be a faithful believer and a true love, Is it still a valid reason for 2 people who are not genotype compatible go ahead and get married?
