We should probably talk about what can constitute a RICO case, quickly, so I will do a short thread.

RICO in pop culture seems like the opposite of the Get Out Of Jail Free Card lol. An everyone goes to jail card.

But that's not the truth, RICO has a high burden of proof. If you try to pull the old, let's arrest everyone and throw them all in from of a judge routine from The Dark Knight, the judge will laugh you right out of the court room.

So, to build a RICO case, let's take a look at a hypothetical scenario:

Well, looks like the Fox News bots are out in force this morning. They are crying about how the F-22 Raptor plans were stolen to create the Chinese J-20 5th-gen fighter. Something we've known about for roughly 15 years now, and happened under Bush 43. They are blaming Biden. Actually, while I am here, I may as well educate people on the J-20 "Mighty Dragon" and the F-22 Raptor:

The program that created the F-22 actually led to two prototypes, the YF-22 and the YF-23. Many experts believe the YF-23 was the superior plane, actually.

Desmond Doss is one of the most badass human beings to have ever existed. It is a travesty that Mel Gibson is the only person who has made a film about him.

Doss actually did touch a gun one time, breaking his oath of pacifism, a sniper round broke his arm. And Doss needed the butt-stock as a splint to brace the bone, so he could still carry the wounded to safety, down a 75-foot cliff. So, he disassembled the rifle, made a splint, and demanded that others be taken down before him.

This is all when Doss was weak from malnutrition.
