In light of the recent US Presidential Election, we have to come to terms with the simple fact that there is a measurable, sizable portion of the US electorate that is inherently sexist, and will not vote for a woman.
1/x That is, you could field a candidate who is perfect, a combination of Ursula K Le Guin and Supergirl, let's say, and perhaps 2%-3% of the US electorate would vote for whoever was running against her. Simply because she is a woman. This is now undeniable, and demonstrable.

But, before we get to witches, we need to address the elephant in the room, Joan of Arc. Who was not executed as a witch. So we will go over her first. First off, Joan of Arc never referred to herself by that name. She referred to herself as Jehanne la Pucelle, or, Joan the Maiden. In fact, her name Joan of Arc is a lie, told more than 100 years after her death in Britain. There is no town called “Arc” in France.

We should probably talk about what can constitute a RICO case, quickly, so I will do a short thread.

RICO in pop culture seems like the opposite of the Get Out Of Jail Free Card lol. An everyone goes to jail card.

But that's not the truth, RICO has a high burden of proof.

So, to build a RICO case, let's take a look at a hypothetical scenario:

Desmond Doss is one of the most badass human beings to have ever existed. It is a travesty that Mel Gibson is the only person who has made a film about him.

Doss actually did touch a gun one time, breaking his oath of pacifism, a sniper round broke his arm.

And Doss needed the butt-stock as a splint to brace the bone, so he could still carry the wounded to safety, down a 75-foot cliff. So, he disassembled the rifle, made a splint, and demanded that others be taken down before him.

This is all when Doss was weak from malnutrition.
