Hey guys, let me explain why $USDN will be absolutely fine very soon. Read the thread🧵 Many fudders attack USDN and predict its collapse, but it's not going to happen due to the following factors:
1) It's heavily over-collateralized (>240%!)
2) Its depeg is mostly caused by FUD, not fundamental factors.

There are still many questions and conspiracy theories around yesterday's chain re-organization in the network. In this thread 🧵, I'll describe what happened without too deep tech details. At block #2959448 (25.01.2022, 10:20:16 UTC) corrupted block with a wrong smart contract invocation appeared in the network. In some complicated scenarios (only from one dApp to another dApp with attached payment) tokens amounts could become negative.

1/ Well, after two days of hard work, I finally slept enough and able calmly express my thoughts. A small twitterstorm about the past hackathon @OdysseyHack. . @OdysseyHack is the best hackathon I've ever been to or participated in (I've been to many hackathons). Not only because it is really big - 100 teams, but also because it was organized impressively.

Little story about biases in technologies. Before I joined @wavesplatform, I thought that #scala is a very complex, non-obvious and little supported programming language, there is too much magic and you can draw ascii emojis with special characters in your code. I heard and read a lot about troubles with #scala, and it looked reasonable. But as I dived in it (thanks to @wavesplatform deva and scala courses by @BinaryDistrict), I began to realize that these "troubles" are only my (and people in my bubble) biases.
