Last week, Lori Vallow was a no-show. This morning she has a status conference set for 10am. We will have a photographer in the courtroom.

On Election Day, Judge Beresky set a last minute hearing for Lori Vallow with her new defense, this filing came in this morning. We didn’t have time for a camera request but I’ll be there in the courtroom to see what’s next w/ her Arizona murder conspiracy cases ahead of Rule 11. The defense arrives for another day in trial. Some have asked if Lori Vallow will take the stand at some point. Court admin says we are set to get inside around 8:15. Hoping for an earlier start than yesterday.
