staffing season advice:
- read the script
- take notes while you read remarking every major character and what they are like
- use notes as reference so you can discuss characters by name during meeting & sound like you put in effort

- on a separate page, write down things you loved in the script. this way you can gush during mtg & be specific, not sound vague, uncommitted.
- story pitches! have some if this is your strength. if it isn't, don't. if you have even 2-3 good ones you will stand out a lot.
