and Deaths due to Covid vaccines, England
by week of occurrence 2020-2023

Total vaccine doses: 185 million, UK
Of which AZ was 49 million.
Total deaths: 53, UCOD, England Weekly Covid vaccinations by manufacturer, UK and Deaths DUE TO Covid vaccines [ICD-10 U12 underlying cause], England And VDPS has made 60 fatal awards [UK], of which "fewer than 5" involved mRNA. The rest were AZ.

Sadly, @DrAseemMalhotra's father Dr Kailash Chand OBE, died 26 July 2021

For months, he blamed healthcare & ambulance delays for father's death↙️

In the space of 2 days in Nov he changed, entirely blaming father's heart attack on a vaccination 6 months before he died↘️

BUT... ... there's NO evidence of an increase in heart disease mortality during vaccine rollout.

For the perennial sceptical "ALL deaths within 28 days are a Covid death even if hit by a bus"‼️

They aren't when formally counted by ONS.

However it is notable the quick to be reported 28-day measure is a pretty good proxy for the laggy but more accurate ONS measure.

The close correlation still applies when you look in detail at recent months.

BUT be cautious not to assume a downtrend because the most recent few days data is *always* incomplete and will be revised upwards. ONS lags by about 2 weeks. PHE by about 5 days. Image
