A few remarks on the interview given by the Dassault aviation CEO Eric Trappier to the Indian news agency @ANI "We started negotiating with Reliance group in 2011, Hollande was not the French president, Modi was not the PM" said Eric Trappier. Dassault was negotiating with the Reliance group of Mukesh Ambani, not the Reliance group of Anil Ambani. So it was a different company.

If you read the article, there is nothing "explosive", nothing new. In may 2017, Dassault Informed French trade unions about the construction of a plant in Nagpur, and explained to them why that plant could not be built in France. (because of the offset). The document is with the trade unions of Dassault. Ask for it and they will give it to you.
