The Long COVID Wearable Study officially launches today!
We aim to rigorously validate what patients have experienced - that wrist worn wearables (in this case @Garmin devices with the body battery feature) can help decrease symptom severity.

Eligible participants who do not already own a wearable will receive one – either just after enrollment, or 3 months after enrollment.
We will compare symptoms between groups at 3 months & continue to examine use & effects for 12 months.

The scariest part was struggling to breathe. I (finally) made a will. Throughout week 2, I wondered whether I would wake up if my oxygen saturation dropped in my sleep. Thankfully, my oxygen levels stayed high enough to avoid hospitalization. 2/14
