House Republicans are advancing a bill that would fine Michiganders $1,000 who have a CDC vaccine card. You know, the card that is provided when you get the vaccine. The card you need to get your second dose. #mileg The bill defines "governmental entity" and states that "A person who violates this act may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $1,000.00 for each violation." The violation falls on the person, not the govt. entity as the bill is written. It's a deeply flawed bill...
