On our last and final panel @khodorkovsky_en gives us a glimpse into what he believes is the timeline of a new Russian Constitution and how the Ukrainian invasion has changed it:
"When we talk about the Constitution, the question is what Constitution are we talking about — if we are talking about the Constitution of democratic Russia, uniform throughout all of the Russian territory, then of course the war pushed aside such a Constitution and I am not entirely sure it will exist in the next 20 years.
