I was recently asked a very pertinent q by @Investor_Mohit - which companies should be avoided? Since this question made me think, I am sharing my understand of where I WON'T invest.

I normally maintain a strict "do not buy" list of situations/companies. I do not enter these scripts even when these companies are available at steep discounts.
