#backpain#exercise
I know many therapists saying they don't give exercises to patients since they don't do them.
But I'd give 30 seconds of exercises to do once a day, but every day. Compliance was very good.
I do this before getting out of bed, and sitting on edge of bed. 1/4#backpain

Sitting, push one leg down, then against the other leg.
Repeat on other side. Breathe out as you do this. 2/

#WindydayConcept ? 1) Worker coop factories in all cities to build batteries, solar panels, wind & tide turbines, tiny homes. Local farms & hemp, linseed & bamboo to replace plastic. This was talked about in 2009, but Oil Lobby & Davos have & are blocking.
#WindydayConcept ? 2) Don't believe Oil Lobby lies about batteries & SP.
They're over 85% recyclable, pay back on energy investment in 2 years, then give back for 25 years, their is enough electricity to run an all EV world.
Yes you have to heat them, & they use minerals
