Thread: If we want more diverse company governance, we should change the rules that require director and individual shareholder residential addresses to be published to the world. In these days of doxing, stalking and increasing hate and harassment, there are real dangers here
Currently, section 12 of the Companies Act mandates that director (and shareholder) residential addresses must be supplied to the Companies Office for inclusion in the Register of Companies when applying for incorporation

The BRIP database will list websites that “Authorized Contributors” from WIPO member states *allege* to be infringing #copyright and other IP rights.
