1. Understanding the U.S Electoral College
There's an elector for every member of the House of Representatives (435) and Senate (100), plus an additional 3 for people who live in the District of Columbia.
There are 50 States in the USA. Each State is represented by 2 Senators while the number of Federal H. O. Rs a State has depends on the population of each State. But every State gets at least 3 Electors no matter how small the population is....
