Do we know if conditions allowing a new trial are met or not?

Eg

Trump is an open book, I think it's reasonable to link his poor performance in Helsinki with his private meeting (exit photo below)

Putin pushed him hard, did he mean to shove him over the edge ? I speculate that Putin merely intended to dominate & own Trump to temporarily paralyze matters

Putin has since been on a whirlwind tour of diplomacy, whilst the US is "fully down" (mixed messaging, no Helsinki readout)
