How to make your game learnable:

1) Quickly deliver satisfaction. Find the smallest complete chunk of your game that a player can master and enable them to get that satisfaction as quickly as possible. 2) Instruction does not replace practice. Learning implicitly through exposure is far more effective than explicit direction. Don’t tell a player how to do something, create exposure and opportunity to execute the how.
